Supporting and Leading Educational Change: Courses and Professional Qualifications
The Staff and Educational Development Association (SEDA) has announced a series of courses for anyone working to enhance programmes, courses, student support and staff capability within higher education (including HE in FE), such as:
- those in departments or faculties, whether working on projects, new initiatives or coordinating teaching and learning
- staff working in educational development units, CETLs and other organisations such as the Higher Education Academy and Subject Centres
- learning technologists, staff developers and those running courses in learning and teaching.
The courses in LEC are for those who have at least 3 years' experience of development work and currently have a leadership role.
