Jorum Open – Request for Art, Design and Media Resources
As part of the UK-OER Programme all teaching and learning materials
identified by the ADM-OER Pilot Project 2009-10 and the current
Practicing Open Education Project are deposited into the JISC central
repository JORUM* OPEN which houses materials in all subject
The materials are uploaded and Creative Commons licenses applied. The process is straightforward and all teaching and support staff in UK institutions will be able to log in and complete the stages to upload.
It is important that colleagues understand this facility is not exclusive to the projects in the programme but is available to everyone. Jorum Open currently houses in excess of 10,000 teaching and learning resources openly available to download.
Jorum would encourage everyone who has teaching and learning materials (PDFs, Power Point Presentations, worksheets, podcast links etc) they wish to share to become involved.
