AHRC Afternoon Workshops

Thursday 21 May, University College London (UCL)

These afternoon workshops are an opportunity to take part in more focused, smaller sessions. From learning about what makes a good application to how to promote your research to the media, working internationally to discussions on the value of knowledge transfer and collaborative working, this is your opportunity to learn more about how to get the most from your research.

Vitae www.vitae.ac.uk , the national organisation supporting professional and career development of doctoral researchers and research staff in HEIs and research institutes, will also be running a workshop outlining what Vitae does and the support they can provide to postgraduate researchers, research staff and staff working with these two groups in HEIs. They will also provide information on the regional Vitae hubs and the work they do.

If you are interested in attending any of the workshops please email Jodie Mack <mailto:j.mack@ahrc.ac.uk>  to register detailing the name and date of the event and any special mobility requirements. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
