Are we being fair to our post-grads?
- Oxford Brookes University
- 15 November 2007 12:00-16:30
This year’s seminar will examine the emerging inconsistencies in regulations between and within Institutions operating taught Postgraduate programmes.
Are institutions aware of the wide variations in practice in operations across the country?
Is there a need for some degree of convergence?
What is the rationale for differences between undergraduate and postgraduate regulations?
What is the justification for differences in the past?
This seminar will run from 12:00 – 4:30pm and includes lunch and afternoon tea/coffee. Attendees will be asked to complete an anonymous grid detailing how different aspects of PG regulations are applied at their institution. Responses will form the basis of the discussion at the seminar.
Attendance for this seminar is limited to 30 and the approximate cost will be £35.
